Two friends try and remember who ate the last slice of pizza.
I'm finally releasing this to the internet. It's been quite a few years.
Back near the start of college, I was partnered up with my good friend Hubert Wang for a film assignment. This is what we came up with. At the time, it was our most "legitimate" attempt at a film yet, where we had an actual crew and we actually planned out all our shots in advance... It seems so elementary now, but we learned a lot from this film. I think that the way we make work has been very much affected what we did in producing this film. This film is definitely not the best, and it's full of mistakes, but overall, I'm pretty proud of what we achieved. Considering how much we knew what we were doing (which was very little), it turned out quite alright!
This also happens to be my first real collaborative project, where I co-produced, co-wrote, co-directed, and even co-edited the entire film with someone else. It was quite a bit of fun, and I hope to keep doing it!
We even got in an online film festival over at www.shortsnonstop.com quite a while back. I think...
Anyway, check it out. It's not perfect, but I hope it's enjoyable nonetheless! And go check out the Hubert Wang's site while you're here, since this work is half his!
